We guarantee all our products for a period of 24 months from purchase. This guarantee does not cover misuse or tampering in any way. To avoid confusion cutting off factory fitted connectors or terminals constitutes misuse. There are no user serviceable parts inside any of our cameras. We do not cover damage caused through the use of any power supply other than one purchased from ourselves.
We do not cover consequential loss or installation / removal costs. We offer our products on a supply only basis for self installation. Our guarantee is a back to base scheme. In the event of a fault arising during the guarantee period we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. The guarantee period will continue from the original purchase date. Company details

Goods supplied correctly can only be returned to us providing we are notified via email within 7 days of their delivery to you and we receive the items back within 30 days of their supply to you. Email us at our returns address: [email protected] will be given a returns reference number. Providing items have not been fitted or used and are returned back to us undamaged in their original packaging we will refund their purchase price.
Postage costs for returns must be paid for by you and damage whilst in transit to us is at your risk. Please write your returns reference number clearly on the outside of your parcel. We can not accept returns without a returns reference.
Specially ordered items or ‘made to order’ items are not included in these conditions and will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We do not operate a “stock on approval” or “sale or return” policy.
If you think you have a problem with anything purchased from us please do not hesitate to get in touch. We have a very strong customer support network and are happy to talk over your issues to see if we can resolve them. In most cases problems are related to the way equipment is installed or set up and we can provide a solution remotely. Where an item still under guarantee is being returned because you believe it is faulty email us at [email protected]. You will be issued with a fault reference number. Return the item to us. Providing a fault is found and there are no signs of misuse we will either repair or replace the item at our discretion. The guarantee period will continue from the original purchase date and all re-delivery costs will be covered by us.
We work hard to ensure our customers are happy with their CCTV systems and are always here for advice. All major items are hand checked prior to delivery to minimise the risk of dead on arrival and help us resolve any installation issues you might have
We aim to deliver your items the next working day providing they are ordered before 2.00pm using a fully tracked courier service. This includes free delivery when offered. If packaging is received in a damaged condition it should be noted as such when signing for it’s receipt. If a package can not be delivered because there is no one to sign for it’s receipt a message will be left at the property and a further attempt made at a later time by arrangement. Any instructions to “leave with a neighbour”, “leave under the porch” or similar are done so at your risk.
